I too have begun using Wordpress almost exclusively for my websites. It is quick and easy to build with and you could never tell in is WP behind the scenes. With all the plugins it lets me spend my time constructing the site - not hand coding each little feature.

Someone also mentioned ThemeForest for templates. Personally, I have liked iThemes.

With respect to the 10 themes you highlight in this post I liked: Ginger Restaurant & International Screening Solutions

Lorna, I've been successfully using WP for a few years on all my projects. It's great, easy to use and has top-notch SEO. Flash websites and good SEO seems like a contradiction to me, but if you say so... :)

But YES... definitely use WP, as it's also a great to reduce costs as well.

We are a website design company (currently only do Flash sites based on our own CMS with good SEO) but we are thinking of offering our clients WP sites as well ... can anyone tell me whether WP sites have good SEO, are they easy for clients to manage their own CMS and how tricky is it to custom build WP sites? Any help - much appreciated!

I'm looking at converting to Wordpress myself. I've heard so much talk about it and it seems to be something everyone is using. It was recommended to me from another person and from what I've read and seen its an option that could definitely cut down on design time and customers are able to maintain it themselves, which would be awesome for them. Plus it has really cool features that they could also utilize to enhance their site and traffic.

Hey.. thanks for featuring the Miami Dating Coach website! My client not only loved the project, but it was quite fun to work on, at the same time.

WordPress's flexibility and structure makes it easy to modify, so really the designer's only limited by their own resourcefulness and abilities. So, to anyone out there who's considering WP as a CMS, all I can say is, dive in head first and you'll be swimming before you know it. :)

I have a feeling most of these themes are build from scratch. As for your other question, you might want to try a website called ThemeForest. They have lots of themes, including WordPress. Best of luck!

I love the designs you showcased and thank you for providing them. It would be very valuable for me to know what themes the sites are based on, and how heavily customized they are, or if they're totally custom.

By the way, I'm looking for a theme that offers various page layouts and that is geared primarily as a website. I don't want to have the same layout with the same sidebar(s) and same widgets on every page. Is there a certain keyword I should be searching on to find these themes? I've seen a couple but would like more variety.

Thanks for any info.
