   I guess it’s a matter of choosing the right tool for the job. Wordpress is great for small business websites. Drupal is also great for bigger websites, although it didn’t seem just as easy to skin as Wordpress is.

    Awesome list. I use WP as a CMS for my own website as well as built it for a few clients (www.miamidatingcoach.com as the most recent) and we all love it. It works for clients because the i-face is so simple to understand. Long live WP!

    Nice list. a couple I haven’t seen before. I use wordpress for every website I create now, even if its a 5 page static website. So much easier to manage and edit your site. And you can do crazy stuff with it.

    Thanks for the great post. Can you kindly direct me to sources where I could get a prof. elegant theme similar to the ones you mentioned, including premium themes. Most of the free themes are not as good as the ones here.

    MD, you can check out my post on quality WordPress theme from ThemeForest. There are also other premium WordPress themes out there, if you’re willing to spend a little (check the sidebar banners). But you can also find free WordPress themes that are worth a look.

    It all depends on what your needs are. You might even hire a designer / developer and go for a custom blog design, if your budget allows you to.

    wow, these are just fab, exactly what I need.

    I’m brand new to this, have the design bit in hand, but getting up to speed on the web bit – learning as I go.

    Getting content out of my free client (brother) is like getting blood out of a turnip, which is why I think a wordpress site will give him flexibility to update content easily. And these have a great corporate feel,

    Main feature to pilot it as a CMS is the dynamically generated menus based on the intersection of tags and categories.

    Purpose of the site is mostly article/content based.
